Teedup Acquires 55 Industries

Private equity firm Teedup has acquired 55 Industries, an inspections and precision-machining services provider to the aerospace and defense sector. The deal was supported by a customized $7 million debt financing package from Leonid Capital Partners structured around 55 Industries' government contract backlog to help integrate and scale the business within the national security market.
