Five Star Franchising Acquires Mosquito Shield

Five Star Franchising, a PE-backed home-services franchising platform, has acquired Mosquito Shield, a leading residential mosquito and tick control franchisor headquartered in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. The deal — Five Star's eighth acquisition since launching in 2021 and backed by Princeton Equity Group — expands Five Star's portfolio of service-focused franchise brands and provides Mosquito Shield additional resources to accelerate franchise development and operations.
