Insurance Technologies, a Colorado Springs-based provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the life and annuity industry, has acquired MyMedicareBot, a Santa Ana-based Medicare distribution software company. The acquisition extends Insurance Technologies' quoting and application capabilities into Medicare quoting, enrollment and analytics; terms were not disclosed.

Michael Cho, President of MyMedicareBot, will join EnrollHere's leadership as the combined solution aims to improve agent efficiency, lower cost-per-acquisition, and streamline Medicare enrollments for agencies and call centers.
