MCR has acquired the Homewood Suites by Hilton Little Rock Downtown, a six-story, 116-suite extended-stay hotel located at 400 River Market Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas. The purchase expands MCR's portfolio (a $4.0 billion, 140-hotel platform) and represents the company's second hotel in Arkansas.

The portfolio includes two Marriott-branded properties and four Hilton-branded properties, many of them recent-build and with a significant extended-stay/all-suite component.

Affiliates of Certares Real Estate Management LLC and HRI Hospitality, LLC acquired the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Doheny Beach in Dana Point, California and the Hilton San Antonio Hill Country in San Antonio, Texas. Both properties will undergo comprehensive renovations — the Dana Point property will be rebranded within the Hilton family — as Certares and HRIH reposition the assets in their hospitality portfolio.
