Pinnacle Clinical Research, a portfolio company of LongueVue Capital, has acquired or partnered with five clinical research sites — Kerwin Medical Center, The Cognitive and Research Center of New Jersey, Bellaire Clinical Research, Palmetto Clinical Research – Low Country, and Dallas Research Institute — expanding Pinnacle’s network to 12 U.S. sites. The transactions broaden Pinnacle’s geographic footprint and add CNS/Alzheimer’s and metabolic disease capabilities, strengthening the platform’s ability to serve sponsors and underrepresented patient populations.
