Smart Care (Wind Point Portfolio) Acquires Richard Meek Air Conditioning

Smart Care, a Wind Point Partners–backed commercial mechanical services platform, has acquired Richard Meek Air Conditioning, a Wichita Falls, Texas provider of commercial refrigeration and HVAC repair, installation and maintenance. The acquisition expands Smart Care’s Climate Solutions footprint in Texas (its fourth in-state deal) and adds refrigeration and HVAC capabilities for grocers, convenience stores and restaurants.
