Main Street Capital Corporation completed a $26.0 million investment to facilitate a minority recapitalization of Superior Rigging & Erecting Co., funded via a combination of first-lien senior secured term debt and a direct equity investment. Superior, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, provides rigging, steel erection and crane & equipment rental services across the southeastern United States; Main Street also provided access to additional term debt to support future growth.

American Equipment Holdings Acquires Patriot Crane & Hoist

American Equipment Holdings, a portfolio company of Rotunda Capital Partners, has acquired Patriot Crane & Hoist, a Suwanee, Georgia-based provider of overhead crane maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) field services. The deal expands American Equipment's Eastern U.S. footprint by folding Patriot into its Eastern Crane & Hoist division; Patriot will be managed by owner Gregg Salyer and operate as a division of American Equipment.

The Manitowoc Company Acquires H&E Equipment Services' Crane Business
