Hg, a software-focused private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Ideagen plc, a Nottingham-based provider of regulatory and compliance software, following shareholder approval. Ideagen has delisted from the London Stock Exchange AIM and will receive investment from Hg to accelerate product, technology and talent investment and support further acquisitions; Chris Bayne is set to join Ideagen’s board.

ConvergeOne Acquires Integration Partners Corporation

ConvergeOne, a services-led cloud technology solution provider headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, acquired Integration Partners Corporation, a Lexington, Massachusetts-based team that designs and implements collaboration, networking, data center and cybersecurity solutions. The deal expands ConvergeOne's presence in New England and the Midwest and integrates Integration Partners' engineering and managed services capabilities with ConvergeOne's cloud and collaboration offerings.

OneTrust Acquires Ethics & Compliance Cloud Provider Convercent

OneTrust signed a definitive agreement to acquire Convercent, a global provider of ethics and compliance cloud software. Convercent’s ~150 employees, 750 customers, and CONVERGE community will be integrated into OneTrust’s trust platform to expand ethics and compliance capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in April.

Ideagen Acquires DevonWay

Ideagen plc has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DevonWay, a provider of compliance and operations management software serving energy, utilities, advanced manufacturing, nuclear power and US national laboratories. The acquisition will expand Ideagen’s solutions for regulated and high‑compliance industries and support DevonWay’s global growth; the deal was expected to close on 29 September 2023 and is subject to customary US regulatory review.
