SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. has acquired Tier1 CRM, a sell-side CRM and deal management software provider backed by Wavecrest Growth Partners, MassMutual Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures. The acquisition expands SS&C’s capital markets technology offerings by adding Tier1’s CRM, deal management, and compliance capabilities for investment banking, sales & trading, and equity research teams.
