North Branch Capital’s portfolio company Summit Hydraulics has acquired Tubing & Metric Hydraulics (T&M), a supplier of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings based in Alvin, Texas. The add-on transaction closed January 2, 2024 and expands Summit’s mobile equipment aftermarket parts platform into new end markets including heavy haul, construction and energy.

The add-on transaction closed on May 1, 2024 and expands Summit's product offering and access to OEM and distributor end markets (construction, agriculture and other industrial equipment).

All States Ag Parts Acquires Summit Supply and Contrax

All States Ag Parts (ASAP), backed by Kinderhook Industries, acquired Summit Supply, LLC and Contrax Equipment, Inc. to expand its construction parts division and broaden its aftermarket parts SKU offering across agriculture and construction markets. The add-on deal (ASAP's eleventh since partnering with Kinderhook) strengthens sourcing relationships and distribution reach; financing was provided by a lending syndicate led by Maranon Capital, Capital One and Madison Capital.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Northwest Pump and Equipment Co.

Capital, through an affiliate, has completed the acquisition of Northwest Pump and Equipment Co., a distributor and service provider to fueling stations, EV charging infrastructure and other industrial customers across the Western United States. The company, founded in 1959, operates approximately 20 branch locations with ~350 employees and serves nearly 6,000 customers; H.I.G. intends to support organic and inorganic growth to expand product and service offerings and geographic density.

The FNA Group Acquires Allparts Equipment & Accessories Inc.

The FNA Group, a Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of pressure washers, pumps and outdoor power equipment, has acquired Allparts Equipment & Accessories Inc., a Michigan-based aftermarket parts distributor. The acquisition adds Allparts' replacement-parts catalog, technical support team and high-velocity fulfillment capabilities to FNA's aftermarket and distribution strategy to accelerate product availability and customer service.
