Assured Healthcare Partners has acquired California Specialty Pharmacy (CSP), a Whittier, California-based specialty infusion pharmacy, with White Oak Healthcare Finance providing a senior credit facility to support the transaction. CSP, founded in 2008, serves over 10,000 patients and provides specialty pharmacy, infusion services and pharmacy benefit management to health plans and physician groups.

Novastone Capital Advisors Acquires Keystone Specialty Pharmacy

The acquisition was completed as part of NCA’s Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (ETA) program; Dr. Lisa Piercey will lead the pharmacy and the sellers were owners Jeffrey and Kim Clark.

PromptCare Acquires Coastal Infusion Services
