Kozyra, through his holding company Model Craft Inc., has acquired Alco Plastics Inc., a Romeo, Michigan-based supplier of plastic injection molded automotive components. The transaction closed on July 9; Kozyra will serve as chairman and his son William E. Kozyra II will run day-to-day operations following the purchase from second-generation owner Dan Conway.
