Private investment funds advised by BC Partners Credit, with a minority investment from Mount Logan Capital, have acquired Runway Growth Capital LLC. Runway will continue to operate independently as the external investment adviser to Runway Growth Finance Corp., with the existing management team remaining in place; the transaction is intended to expand Runway's origination capacity, product offerings and financing capabilities for growth-stage companies.
