Palo Alto Networks Acquires CloudGenix

Palo Alto Networks agreed to acquire CloudGenix, a cloud-delivered SD-WAN provider, for approximately $420 million in cash to extend its Prisma Access SASE platform. The acquisition will integrate CloudGenix’s SD-WAN technology to accelerate onboarding of remote branches and retail locations into Palo Alto Networks’ SASE offering; the CloudGenix co-founders will join Palo Alto Networks following the close, expected in the company’s fiscal fourth quarter subject to customary conditions.
