Keystone Insurers Group Acquires East Coast Risk Management

Keystone Insurers Group announced it has fully acquired the member shares of East Coast Risk Management (ECRM) and will integrate ECRM as Keystone’s risk management division. The transaction brings over 60 ECRM risk, HR and safety specialists into Keystone’s organization to expand its service capabilities for member agencies and increase the network’s service staff to more than 200.

KKR Acquires Majority Stake in ERM from OMERS Private Equity and AIMCo

KKR has signed an agreement to acquire a majority position in Environmental Resources Management (ERM) from OMERS Private Equity and Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), with ERM management and Partners remaining minority investors. The transaction, intended to accelerate ERM's growth and broaden its sustainability capabilities and technologies, is expected to close in Q3 2021 subject to regulatory approvals; financial terms were not disclosed.
