The investment backs the existing management team led by CEO Greg Isbister and will see LDC representatives join Blis's board.

San Francisco-based strategic communications agency Highwire has acquired New York-based The Bliss Group, combining the two firms to create an integrated marketing and communications partner serving technology, healthcare, and financial-services clients. The deal (terms undisclosed) folds Bliss into Highwire’s platform—expanding capabilities, sector expertise and bringing Bliss leadership into senior roles at Highwire while creating a combined organization of more than 250 professionals across North America.

TransPerfect Acquires Blu Digital Group

Blu Digital Group will operate as a division of TransPerfect Media, combining Blu's SaaS products and automation technologies with TransPerfect's AI-driven localization and global language services to expand media localization and distribution capabilities.

Vendr Acquires Blissfully

(BIS), a provider of software and electronic payment solutions serving state and local governments. The aggregate purchase price was approximately $87.7 million ( $52.5M cash and $35.2M Class A common stock) plus up to $16.0 million of contingent consideration; approximately 150 BIS employees joined i3 Verticals.
