Simplicity Group Holdings, Inc. announced the acquisition of Universal Financial Consultants (UFC), a Florida-based insurance marketing organization led by Vince Munno. UFC will continue to be managed day-to-day by Munno and his leadership team while leveraging Simplicity's group resources to expand product distribution and marketing capabilities, particularly in the annuity and life insurance spaces.
