Cornerstone’s founders Phil and Allison Hakopian and their team will remain in place, joining Gallagher’s Southwest retail property/casualty brokerage under Scott Firestone to strengthen Gallagher’s homeowners association and regional commercial insurance capabilities.

Inszone Insurance Services Acquires The Contractors Insurance Group

The acquisition expands Alliant’s presence in Oklahoma and brings CRG’s risk management expertise and local team into Alliant’s Alliant Americas division; CRG will operate as Alliant from its Broken Arrow headquarters.
