GHO Capital Partners and The Vistria Group have acquired a 50/50 controlling interest in Alcami Corporation from funds affiliated with Madison Dearborn Partners and Ampersand Capital Partners. Alcami is a US-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) with capabilities in sterile fill-finish, formulation and analytical lab services, and cGMP biostorage; Ampersand and Alcami management reinvested significant equity as part of the transaction.
