The Stepping Stones Group, a majority-owned platform of Five Arrows Capital Partners, has acquired Pennsylvania-based EBS Healthcare, a provider of clinic, school, and home-based behavioral and therapeutic services for children. The deal adds EBS's autism, behavioral, nursing, and educational therapy capabilities to Stepping Stones' national platform to expand geographic reach and service offerings across school, home and clinic settings.

Sierra Digital Acquires Stonebridge Consulting

Eads Bridge Holdings and Parkway Capital Invest in Stokes Counseling

Eads Bridge Holdings has led a recapitalization of EBH Counseling Management, LLC (dba Stokes Counseling), with subordinated debt and equity provided by Parkway Capital to support the deal. Stokes Counseling, a Naugatuck, Connecticut-based behavioral health provider founded in 2011, operates in-person and telehealth services with over 180 clinicians caring for more than 3,500 patients and will use the capital to invest in tools, technology and growth initiatives.
