CDW Corporation has completed the acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. for $2.5 billion in cash from private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. The deal expands CDW's services and solutions capabilities across hybrid infrastructure, security, cloud and managed services and adds scale and profitability to its services portfolio.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) agreed to acquire Radio Systems Corporation, a Knoxville-based developer and distributor of durable pet products (brands include PetSafe, Invisible Fence, SportDOG and Kurgo). Terms were not disclosed; TSG Consumer Partners will sell its minority stake as part of the transaction, Radio Systems has more than 800 employees worldwide, and founder Randy Boyd will remain on the board. The deal received unanimous board approval and was expected to close around June 2020.

CD&R to Acquire Majority Stake in Presidio from BC Partners

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) will acquire a majority ownership position in Presidio, a leading IT services and digital solutions provider, from BC Partners, which will retain a minority stake. The transaction, which strengthens Presidio’s ability to expand its cloud, managed services and cybersecurity capabilities, is expected to close in Q2 2024; terms were not disclosed.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Acquires Huntsworth plc

Epicor, a global provider of industry-specific ERP and cloud-enabled software serving more than 20,000 customers across manufacturing, distribution, and retail, will be led by a board chaired by CD&R Operating Partner Jeff Hawn as the firm pursues product investment and strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth.
