Tecnotree Acquires CognitiveScale

Tecnotree Corporation (Espoo, Finland) has agreed to acquire CognitiveScale, an Austin-based AI engineering platform provider, to expand Tecnotree's AI/ML capabilities and accelerate 5G use-case monetization in North America. The deal is expected to contribute roughly EUR 5 million of ARR in 2023 and is subject to customary conditions, with closing expected in 2022.

ClinicMind Acquires Genesis Chiropractic Software

ClinicMind has acquired Genesis Chiropractic Software, a provider of EHR software and billing/RCM services for chiropractors. As part of the deal Dr. Brian Capra (Founder of Genesis) joins ClinicMind as President of its Professional Services Division, and Genesis clients will gain access to ClinicMind’s expanded RCM offerings and integrations. ClinicMind said the acquisition completes a series of planned deals and further strengthens its position in the chiropractic EHR market.
