Nordic Capital Acquires Atlantic Street Capital's Stake in United Veterinary Care

UVC is a Palm Beach Gardens, Florida–based multi-location veterinary group operating more than 60 hospitals across 13 U.S. states with over 1,200 employees; the transaction supports the company's continued organic and acquisitive growth.
