H.I.G. Capital-backed American Vision Partners has entered into a strategic partnership with Southwest Eye Institute, the largest eye care practice in El Paso, Texas. The deal expands AVP's platform footprint into Texas and New Mexico and will keep Southwest Eye Institute's brand and clinical leadership in place while providing additional operational support, technology and resources.
