Arcane Capital Partners Acquires Petroflex North America and Wescon Plastics

Arcane Capital Partners, a Little Rock-based private investment firm, has acquired Petroflex North America (Gainesville, Texas) and Wescon Plastics, LLC (Wichita, Kansas). The transactions expand Arcane's plastics manufacturing platform, adding production capacity, engineered-resin capabilities and in-house recycling; financing included senior bank debt from JPMorgan Chase, PNC and Regions and preferred equity from Aventurine Partners.

Innova Engineered Plastics (Culper Capital Partners) Acquires PolyCraft Tech

Innova Engineered Plastics, a portfolio company of Culper Capital Partners, has acquired PolyCraft Tech, a Poway, California-based manufacturer of precision cast urethane enclosures and components. The transaction closed on August 29, 2025 and expands Innova’s cast urethane and West Coast manufacturing capabilities; Generational Group advised PolyCraft Tech on the sale.

Revolution Acquires Polar Plastics from Spell Capital Partners

Revolution, a Little Rock-based manufacturer of sustainable plastic solutions, acquired Polar Plastics Corporation from Spell Capital Partners to expand its production footprint and deepen penetration into packaging, agriculture and retail end markets. Polar Plastics is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota and operates a 100,000-square-foot polyethylene film and bag manufacturing facility; Spell Capital had owned the business since 2018.

SyBridge Technologies Acquires Pyramid Mold and Tool

Parkway Products Acquires Injection Technology Corporation (ITECH)

The deal adds two facilities in Westminster, South Carolina and Arden, North Carolina, expanding Parkway’s thermoplastic injection molding capacity — including large-tonnage presses — and deepening its Southeast U.S. footprint.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Aero-Plastics Inc.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.
