The deal expands Grover Gaming's technical capabilities for connecting SAS-based electronic gaming systems and establishes a new Chicago-area office to support growth into Illinois.

Digerati Technologies Acquires NextLevel Internet

Digerati Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: DTGI) has completed the acquisition of San Diego-based NextLevel Internet, a provider of UCaaS, contact center and managed broadband services for SMBs. The deal adds nearly 1,000 West Coast SMB customers to Digerati's operating subsidiaries, increases consolidated annualized revenue to about $31.5 million, and brings NextLevel's president Derek Gietzen onto Digerati's executive management team.
