Parthenon Capital has acquired a majority stake in Titan Wealth, partnering with the management team to support further organic growth, technology investment and future M&A. The transaction delivers a partial exit for Maven's UK Regional Buyout Fund (with a material return) while existing investors including funds managed by Ares and Maven remain committed to the business.
