Hendrix Genetics Merges Hypor with Danish Genetics to Form Global Swine Genetics Alliance

Hendrix Genetics has signed an agreement to merge its swine division, Hypor, with Danish Genetics and partners to create a combined swine-genetics entity in which Hendrix will hold a majority stake. The strategic combination is intended to expand product portfolios, strengthen R&D capabilities and broaden global distribution in the swine genetics market; the transaction is expected to close in early 2025.
