The investment will support Accuity’s growth, expanded leadership team, and continued investment in its proprietary technology platform and physician-led Revenue Integrity and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) services for hospitals and health systems.

Post Capital Partners Recapitalizes IntraLogic Solutions

New York-based private investment firm Post Capital Partners completed a recapitalization of IntraLogic Solutions, LLC in partnership with founder and CEO Lee Mandel. Brookside Mezzanine Partners provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; terms were not disclosed. The investment will fund product development, expand distribution and accelerate growth in school safety and other congregate-venue security markets.

The Vistria Group Completes Majority Recapitalization of Education Solutions Services (ESS)

The Vistria Group has acquired a majority stake in Education Solutions Services (ESS), a Knoxville-based K-12 staffing and virtual instruction provider; Nautic Partners sold the majority interest but will remain a minority investor. Comvest Credit Partners acted as administrative agent on a senior secured credit facility to support the transaction. ESS serves roughly 900 school districts (over 4 million students) and will use the new partnership to accelerate growth and expand its virtual and managed staffing capabilities.
