The acquisition expands Due North's product portfolio and consolidates refrigerated retail display capabilities across grocery, convenience and food & beverage customers; MTL COOL reported C$30 million in fiscal 2022 revenue.

TurnPoint Services Group has acquired Cool Air Mechanical, LLC, a Marietta, Georgia-based HVAC installation and maintenance company that sells primarily through Costco and Home Depot in the Atlanta metro area. The deal is TurnPoint's eleventh acquisition and expands the platform into the Atlanta market and the national Big Box sales channel; Cool Air's founder Jake Mazhar will continue to lead the business under the Cool Air brand.

The deal, made in partnership with CapCold Group Inc. (formed by Robert and Patrick Molyneux), adds ~510,000 sq ft (16.2 million cubic feet) and ~100,000 pallet positions of refrigerated capacity; financial terms were not disclosed.
