Stirling Square Capital Partners Acquires Logent AB

Stirling Square Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Logent Holding (Logent), an independent contract logistics provider operating in Sweden and Norway, from Adelis Equity Partners. The deal (a majority / buyout transaction) will enable Stirling Square to partner with Logent's management to expand service breadth and reach new customer segments across e-commerce, automotive and industrial markets.

Blue Wolf Capital Partners, in partnership with Stonepeak, has completed the acquisition of Montreal-based LOGISTEC Corporation for approximately C$1.2 billion, taking the company private. Blue Wolf has committed to keep LOGISTEC's head office in Québec and plans more than C$200 million in capital expenditures and growth initiatives to expand the marine terminal and environmental services business.

Kingspan Group has agreed to acquire LOGSTOR, a Denmark-based market leader in pre-insulated pipe systems, from funds advised by Triton for an enterprise value of approximately €253 million. LOGSTOR (revenue ~€244m, EBIT €28m, ~1,260 employees) will join Kingspan to expand its technical insulation and energy-infrastructure offering; the deal signed March 23, 2021 and completed June 22, 2021, subject to customary approvals.
