Odyssey Investment Partners Acquires ProPharma Group

Odyssey Investment Partners has agreed to acquire ProPharma Group from Linden Capital Partners. ProPharma Group, a global provider of regulatory, compliance, pharmacovigilance and medical information services headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, will be led by CEO Dawn Sherman and the existing management team who are reinvesting alongside Odyssey to pursue organic and inorganic growth.

The Planet Group Acquires NDA Partners

The Planet Group, a Chicago-based provider of outsourced human capital and consulting solutions and a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners, agreed to acquire NDA Partners, a life sciences management consulting and contract development organization. The acquisition expands Planet's life sciences consulting and regulatory capabilities to better serve pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients; NDA Partners will remain led by CEO Earle Martin.

The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to strengthen Planet's technology services and expand its IT staffing and managed-service capabilities, including IBS's Midwest presence and offshore delivery center in India.
