iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight

iCapital Network has agreed to acquire the assets of AI Insight, Inc., an education and compliance platform that provides fund-specific research, training and credentialing for financial advisors focused on alternative investments. As part of the transaction, AI Insight’s executives Sherri Cooke and Jennifer Simon and eight additional employees are expected to join iCapital to integrate AI Insight’s learning management system into iCapital’s advisor-facing alternative investment platform.

The deal expands ID Solutions' cloud-based asset-tracking portfolio and capabilities, enabling the combined business to offer non-inventory asset tracking to customers across government, education, defense and other end markets.
