CD&R and Permira Consortium Acquires Majority Stake in Exclusive Networks

A consortium led by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), the Permira funds (via Everest UK HoldCo Limited) and Exclusive Networks founder Olivier Breittmayer agreed to acquire 66.7% of Exclusive Networks, followed by a simplified mandatory tender offer to purchase the remaining shares. The deal valued Exclusive Networks at about €2.2 billion (fully diluted) and included an exceptional distribution that produced a total per-share consideration of €24.25 ( €18.96 ex-distribution); the transaction completed and Exclusive Networks was delisted in March 2025.

Exclusive Networks Acquires Nuaware

Exclusive Networks Acquires Cloudrise

Exclusive Networks has acquired 100% of Cloudrise, a Grand Junction, Colorado-based security services provider specializing in managed and professional services for SASE, DSPM and CNAPP solutions. The deal strengthens Exclusive Networks' U.S. footprint and service capabilities by integrating Cloudrise's expertise and delivery centers while allowing Cloudrise to continue operating under its brand within the Exclusive Networks ecosystem.

French State Acquires Alcatel Submarine Networks from Nokia

Nokia completed the sale of Alcatel Submarine Networks (ASN) to the French State (represented by the Agence des participations de l'Etat) on 31 December 2024, with Nokia retaining a 20% stake and board representation until a targeted exit. The divestment allows Nokia to focus its Network Infrastructure portfolio while positioning ASN under French State ownership to support its continued development as a strategic, vertically integrated submarine cable systems provider.

NextGen Security Acquires ISO Network
