Liquid Web Family of Brands (Liquid Web) acquired Impress.org and its flagship WordPress donation plugin, GiveWP, adding GiveWP and WP Business Reviews to its newly created StellarWP umbrella for WordPress software. The deal expands Liquid Web's WordPress product portfolio and deepens its capabilities in digital commerce and online fundraising for nonprofits.

DaySmart Software Acquires Dash Platform

DaySmart Software has acquired Dash Platform, a Bellevue/Seattle-based provider of sports facility and recreation management SaaS, to expand its vertically-tailored business management and payments solutions into sports, parks and recreation, and fitness markets. Dash Platform serves more than 425 locations across the U.S. and Canada and its Dash Member mobile app is used by millions; DaySmart said the acquisition will accelerate product development and customer success for these new verticals.

One Equity Partners Acquires Liquid Web and Forms CloudOne Digital

One Equity Partners has completed the acquisition of Liquid Web, a managed cloud and hosting provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and has formed a new holding company called CloudOne Digital. The transaction creates a platform for consolidation across the cloud hosting sector, bringing Liquid Web’s brands and data center assets into an expanded offering focused on managed hosting, managed applications and commerce cloud solutions for SMBs and mid-market customers.

Weld North Education Acquires LearnZillion
