ZIPS Car Wash Acquires Heroes Car Wash and Rocket Wash Express Locations in North Carolina

ZIPS Car Wash acquired single-site operations from Heroes Car Wash (Holly Springs, NC) and Rocket Wash Express (Goldsboro, NC), expanding its North Carolina footprint to 32 locations and its nationwide portfolio to more than 225 express car washes. The deals, completed in late December, advance ZIPS's strategy of market density and service for its unlimited wash club members across both metro and smaller communities in the state.

ZIPS Car Wash Acquires Jet Brite Car Wash

ZIPS Car Wash has acquired Jet Brite Car Wash, an 11-location express tunnel car wash chain based in the Chicago area (including three sites under development), marking ZIPS’ entry into the Chicagoland market and further expanding its Midwest footprint. The deal also gives ZIPS access to the Shadow Car Wash equipment line (formerly Jet Brite Systems) and increases ZIPS’ nationwide network to nearly 275 locations across its brands.

EWC will invest more than $5 million to renovate and rebrand the sites, bringing its express wash portfolio to 118 locations across six states and reopening the Cincinnati sites as Flying Ace Express on August 1, 2025.
