US LBM (USLBM Holdings, Inc.), a leading privately owned distributor of specialty building materials, has acquired Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company, a longtime Southwest building products supplier. The acquisition expands US LBM's footprint across the Southwest — adding Foxworth-Galbraith's ~30 locations and strengthening presence in key housing markets including Dallas–Fort Worth and Phoenix.
