Vista Equity Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Power Factors LLC, a provider of enterprise software for renewable energy asset performance and analytics. The deal also includes participation from Q-GRG Ventures (Quantum Energy Partners and Global Reserve Group) and Energy Impact Partners to support Power Factors’ product innovation and global growth.
