The investment positions AEA to partner with SitelogIQ's senior management to grow the business across municipal, education, healthcare and commercial end markets by expanding energy-efficiency and facilities capabilities.

SitelogIQ Acquires Path Company

SitelogIQ, a national energy services and facility improvement solutions provider, acquired Path Company, a NAESCO-accredited energy services firm serving municipal, K-12 and higher education customers in the Southeastern United States. The add-on acquisition (financial terms undisclosed) expands SitelogIQ’s geographic footprint into six additional southeastern states and broadens its service capabilities in lighting, HVAC, water efficiency and renewable power.

Powin Acquires EKS Energy

Powin LLC has acquired EKS Energy to integrate EKS's power electronics and energy management technology into Powin's grid-scale energy storage platform. The acquisition expands Powin's product portfolio (including power conversion systems, power plant controllers, PV inverters, DC-to-DC converters and multi-port inverters) to deliver fully integrated AC energy storage solutions and advanced controls for microgrids and utility-scale solar-plus-storage projects.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in GeoDynamics

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GeoDynamics from Sofindev and the company's management team. GeoDynamics, a Kortrijk-based SaaS provider of location-based fleet and mobile workforce management software, will continue to be led by founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier who will reinvest alongside IK as the company pursues expansion beyond Belgium.
