Canadian private equity firm Beringer Capital has acquired Inman Group, the leading real estate news, events and information business founded by Brad Inman. Brad Inman will retain a stake and remain involved while Inman’s leadership stays in place; Beringer plans to invest in editorial and events growth and pursue strategic bolt-on acquisitions to scale the business.
