NV5 Global, Inc. acquired Technical Design Services, Inc. (TDSi), a Chicago-based provider of data center and technology infrastructure design and consulting services. The deal (cash and stock) expands NV5's capabilities in data center, audiovisual, security, and telecommunications design, adds recurring revenue (approximately 80% of TDSi's revenue), and strengthens NV5's relationships in the aviation and government sectors.

NV5 Global Acquires GIS Solutions, Inc.

(NV5) has agreed to acquire GIS Solutions, Inc., a Springfield, Illinois–based provider of enterprise GIS application development, cloud database design, data science, and project management services for state departments of transportation and utilities. The deal, paid with a combination of cash and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive to NV5 and expands NV5’s geospatial and cloud-managed data capabilities.

CONX Corp. Acquires Controlling Stake in RED Technologies SAS

CONX Corp., through its subsidiary RED Tech US, LLC, acquired approximately 68% of Paris-based RED Technologies SAS for a maximum purchase price of about EUR 18.6 million in cash, with the remaining shares to be acquired upon achievement of milestones. The acquisition positions CONX to expand its spectrum-sharing and private network capabilities in the CBRS market and accelerate RED Technologies' product development and U.S./international growth.

NV5 Global Acquires Quantum Spatial from Arlington Capital Partners
