Shiloh Industries (MiddleGround Capital Portfolio) Acquires Two US Automotive Facilities from Benteler

Shiloh Industries, a portfolio company of MiddleGround Capital, acquired two automotive manufacturing facilities from Benteler International located in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Goshen, Indiana. The deal is MiddleGround’s first add‑on to Shiloh and expands the platform’s hot forming, hot stamping and welding capabilities to support lightweighting efforts for automotive OEMs.
