Bonterra, the Austin-based social good software company, has acquired DonorDrive, a provider of peer-to-peer and digital fundraising solutions. DonorDrive was sold by parent company InvoiceCloud; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will integrate DonorDrive into Bonterra's suite to provide a unified fundraising experience and bolster data for its AI-enabled fundraising capabilities.

Funds advised by Apax (the "Apax Funds") agreed to acquire EveryAction from Insight Partners and Social Solutions from Vista Equity Partners and will combine those assets with CyberGrants (recently acquired by Apax) to form a next-generation social good SaaS platform with an expected enterprise value of $2 billion. The combined company will bring together omni-channel engagement, case management, and corporate philanthropy solutions to serve nonprofits, public-sector agencies and corporate donors, with combined revenue expected above $200 million.
