JTC Acquires New York-headquartered Essential Fund Services

JTC Group has acquired New York-headquartered Essential Fund Services (EFS), a fund accounting and administration firm serving alternative asset managers, to expand and add scale to its US fund services platform. EFS's team and c. $5.5bn AuA will join JTC's Institutional Client Services division and will work alongside the recently acquired SALI Fund Services to broaden capabilities in the Insurance Dedicated Fund (IDF) market.
