Bain Capital Acquires Stake in HSO from Carlyle

Bain Capital is acquiring Carlyle's stake in HSO, the global Microsoft Dynamics services partner, with founder Peter J. ter Maaten investing alongside and remaining a significant shareholder and board member. HSO, founded in 1987 and headquartered in Amsterdam, provides Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and AI services worldwide; Bain says the investment will accelerate HSO's global expansion and capability build-out around cloud and AI.
