National Fire & Safety, a Highview Capital-backed fire protection platform, has acquired Texas Fire & Safety, a Waco-based provider of fire alarm, suppression, camera and access control services. The acquisition adds more than 75 employees, over 3,000 customers and expanded service and maintenance capabilities to National Fire & Safety's Texas footprint as an add-on to its existing Texas subsidiary Elite FPS, LLC.
