Convergint acquired two business units from ATS Companies — ATS Alaska and ATS Facility Systems — marking Convergint’s first technology center in Alaska and expanding its Northwest footprint. More than 75 ATS colleagues will join Convergint, strengthening capabilities across Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming and Alaska.
