Catalyst Power Acquires US Energy Partners LLC

Catalyst Power Holdings LLC has acquired US Energy Partners LLC (USEP), a Buffalo-based retail energy provider, to establish a beachhead for Catalyst's microgrid and retail energy roll-out in New York. The deal is supported by BP Energy Partners, which committed capital to Catalyst; the acquisition expands Catalyst's retail energy supply, renewable offerings and community solar capabilities for middle‑market commercial and industrial customers in New York.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners Acquires Fatbeam from SDC Capital Partners

Funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners have closed the acquisition of Fatbeam Holdings, LLC from a fund managed by SDC Capital Partners and other investors. Fatbeam is a fiber broadband provider operating ~1,250 route miles across the western United States; Basalt said it will partner with management to continue the company’s growth and expand connectivity to education, commercial, carrier, and government customers.

ArcLight Capital Partners Acquires Advanced Power

Pennybacker Acquires Baseline Energy Services
