Bramble Foods Group has acquired The Bay Tree Food Co, an award-winning artisan maker of chutneys, relishes, sauces and jams based in Ivybridge, Devon. The Bay Tree's founder Emma Macdonald will remain with the business to support growth, and the deal expands Bramble's branded product range and production capability; Bramble is itself backed by private equity firm LDC.

The Anderson Group Acquires Double B Foods, Inc.

TedPack LLC Acquires Fairview International's Flexible Packaging Business

TedPack LLC acquired the flexible packaging business operations of Fairview International LLC effective July 1, 2025, and established its first U.S. subsidiary with headquarters in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The deal preserves existing customer relationships and transitions Fairview's Jackson, Wisconsin packaging operations to TedPack to provide localized service across all 50 states.

Raydia Food Group Acquires B&B Foods Distributors, Inc.

South Bend-based Raydia Food Group has acquired Terre Haute-based B&B Foods Distributors, Inc., a family-owned full-line food distributor and restaurant equipment supplier. B&B Foods has approximately $33 million in annual sales and 60 employees; owner Scott Isles will remain as president as Raydia expands its regional footprint near the Illinois border and southwest of Indianapolis.

Imperial Dade Acquires Boudreault Packaging Ltd
