One Rock Capital Partners Acquires Eastman Chemical's Tire Additives Business (Flexsys)

One Rock Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Eastman Chemical Company's tire additives business and renamed the standalone company Flexsys. The business, a global leader in specialty rubber chemicals with more than 500 employees and multiple production sites and technology centers, will be run independently with support from One Rock to drive growth and operational improvement.
